Recruitment agencies have gained a bit of a bad reputation over the years but we believe that recruitment is a truly powerful and possibly life-changing responsibility. We have the potential to change someone's life and we take that job seriously. Changing permanent roles is one of the biggest decisions a person can make in life, so getting it right is vital and something we pride ourselves on being particularly good at.

Our consultants are focussed on finding our candidates the right job over financial targets. Our founder, Leon Coates, puts quality far above quantity and this is reflected in our placement statistics: Over 300 permanent placements made in his personal career to-date with only five of them leaving in the first six months - less than 2%

We're currently a small, boutique agency with only a few staff but we have plans to grow our headcount to 20 over the next five years. Finding the right staff is key to the success of any business and we're no different.
